The Nachshon Project
The Nachshon Project offers a unique opportunity to explore dynamic careers in Jewish leadership. Fellows will stay on campus during the spring semester and join together for four weekend conferences in the U.S. focused on different career paths, such as organizational management, social justice work, education, community leadership, and the rabbinate. This format will enable students to remain fully immersed in life on campus and to join this exciting fellowship simultaneously. Throughout the program, participants will connect with influential Jewish leaders and educators, build connections with an incredible network of peers, and delve deeply into Jewish texts and ideas. At the end of the semester, fellows will partake in an all-expenses-paid trip to Israel! The Nachshon Project covers flights, accommodation, and all associated costs for in-person events.
Additionally, fellows will become eligible to apply for significant funding to support their future graduate school studies.
Students can learn more about the fellowship and apply at www.TheNachshonProject.com.

AVODAH: The Jewish Service Corps
A unique one-year program for young adults ages 21-26. Corps members work full time on issues such as immigration, hunger, literacy, public health, and others while exploring their Jewish identity in a pluralistic and open environment. Corps members live together in one of our four program sites--New York, New Orleans, Chicago, and Washington D.C-and participate in a myriad of group learning activities including weekly meetings and several retreats. These gatherings complement the work experience and provide a useful outlet for skills-training, community bonding, and reflection. Corps members receive a modest living stipend and are eligible for an Americorps Education Award. Get more information here.
