HEADS UP FOR FALL 2010The first day of 2010 fall classes at URI is Wednesday, September 8. Rosh HaShanah begins that evening. If students choose to miss classes on Wednesday night, Sept. 8, Thursday, Sept. 9, or Friday, Sept. 10 to observe Rosh HaShanah, they will not be penalized. HOWEVER, they must inform their instructors in advance that they will be missing class and make arrangements to find out what was covered in class on those days.
